2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the account registration process. 2.5 KYC Verification. bgwin is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of players, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents as requested. Accepted documents include PhilSys National ID, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, and passport.

3.3 bgwin offers two-factor authentication (2FA) using your registered Philippine mobile number. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. bgwin's liability for account compromise is substantially limited where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.
3.4 Sharing your bgwin account credentials with any third party is prohibited. Your bgwin account is personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered account holder.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bgwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, subject to change at bgwin's discretion. Specific payment method minimums may differ and are displayed on the deposit page.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. bgwin aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Processing times may vary due to payment provider conditions, KYC verification requirements, or regulatory review obligations. Withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds require completed KYC verification before processing.
4.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your bgwin wallet must originate from a payment method lawfully registered in your own name. Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Currency. bgwin operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). bgwin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.
5.1 bgwin may offer bonuses, free spins, free bingo tickets, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions are met.
5.3 bgwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to exploit or abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or other conduct designed to circumvent fair bonus usage.
5.4 bgwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable minimum notice requirements under PAGCOR regulations.
6.1 All games available on the bgwin Platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or live dealer procedures that comply with PAGCOR technical standards. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are disclosed within each game's information panel.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — bgwin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant bet amount to your wallet. bgwin will not be liable for any purported winnings from a malfunctioning game round.
6.3 Players must not use any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any bgwin game. Any detected use of prohibited software will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgwin Platform:

8.2 No content from the bgwin Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or displayed without bgwin's express prior written authorization.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, bgwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.2 bgwin's total cumulative liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bgwin wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
9.3 bgwin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or technical failures may result in temporary service interruptions, for which bgwin's liability is limited to the reasonable restoration of affected services.
10.1 bgwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account — immediately and without prior notice — where bgwin reasonably suspects or determines a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, PAGCOR compliance requirements, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Upon legitimate account closure, any verified balance remaining in your bgwin wallet will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to bgwin, including bonus liabilities and verified fraudulent deposits.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their bgwin account at any time by contacting bgwin support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Players who have activated self-exclusion may not reopen their account before the self-exclusion period expires.

12.3 Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
bgwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email or mobile number associated with their bgwin account and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the bgwin Platform. Continued use of the bgwin Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), as well as all applicable PAGCOR regulatory issuances.
